Why we Started sharpening
Michael McVicker spent his early 20s working in professional kitchens, where you have two options: use the dull knives the restaurant provides, or sharpen your own. For Michael, the choice was clear.
In 2023, he started sharpening and repairing knives for other chefs in the area, a hobby that grew into a service of putting a perfect edge on anything that could be sharpened.
We decided in 2025 that we would bring this full-time to Paducah and the surrounding region. Whether you are a home cook, plant lover, business owner, fabric queen we want to take care of your tools!
