Michael McVicker spent his early 20s working in professional kitchens, where you have two options: use the dull knives the restaurant provides, or sharpen your own. For Michael, the choice was clear.
In 2023, he started sharpening and repairing knives for other chefs in the area, a hobby that grew into a service of putting a perfect edge on anything that could be sharpened.
We are excited to bring these professional sharpening services to our neighbors and businesses throughout McCracken and Livingston County, Kentucky.
